Get your poker faces on at our charity poker tournament.

Join VPLS and your fellow IT pros for a night of flushes, flops, folds, and four-of-a-kinds as you battle to win bragging rights and a donation to your favorite charity! That’s right, the winner of the Champion’s Table will get to choose a charity to receive a donation from VPLS—just in time for the holidays.

This tournament does not require any buy-in. The game played will be No Limit, Texas Hold’Em.

When you join this exclusive virtual event, you will:

Don’t know how to play poker? Not a problem! There will be a brief poker lesson before the tournament begins to refresh everyone’s memory regarding rules and gameplay.

What will it look like?

Enjoy a simulated online poker experience integrated with video chat.

Everyone plays together in the same tournament and are spread out onto multiple tables. As players are eliminated, the tables are balanced and consolidated until there is eventually one Final Table and then ultimately one winner.

All players have the option of selecting a “player” nickname and icon. Players will also have the opportunity to engage with each other via video and chat. The game will be hosted on a private server and is accessible via any web browser (no downloads required). All registered attendees will be emailed step-by-step instructions on how to join and our staff will be available to assist you if you run into any difficulties.
